There’s plenty of buzz around the network marketing company Pruvit.
Some people say it is a pyramid scheme.
Others claim it’s a great opportunity to make money.
So, is Pruvit a pyramid scheme or scam?
In this Pruvit MLM review, I’ll take an in-depth look at what the company sells, how it operates, and whether or not it’s a pyramid scheme.

Pruvit Review: What Is Pruvit?
Pruvit is a network marketing company that sells exogenous ketone supplements through a multi-level marketing structure. Exogenous ketones are designed to help your body produce more energy, improve mental clarity, and lose weight.
The company was founded in 2014 by Brian Underwood. He was inspired by the benefits of ketosis and the ketogenic diet. Terry Lacore is also affiliated.
Pruvit is headquartered in Addison, Texas.
How Does Pruvit Work?
Pruvit operates like many other network marketing companies. Independent distributors, called Promoters, sell products and recruit others to do the same.
Promoters earn a commission on their sales and the sales of their downline. They also earn bonuses and rewards for hitting certain milestones.
To be a Promoter, you must purchase a starter kit and enroll in one of Pruvit’s monthly subscription plans. The starter kit includes product samples, marketing materials, and business tools.
The monthly subscription plan gives you access to Pruvit’s e-commerce platform and back-office support. It also entitles you to a certain number of product credits that you can use to purchase products at a discount.
Is Pruvit a Pyramid Scheme?
No, Pruvit is not a pyramid scheme. It is a legitimate network marketing company.
The company is not a pyramid scheme because it has a real product to sell.
Promoters can earn commissions by selling the products and recruiting others to do the same.
Promoters are not required to recruit others to receive commissions.

Is Success Rare With Pruvit?
Yes, it’s rare. That doesn’t have anything to do with whether Pruvit is a scam or a pyramid scheme.
Its income disclosure statement shows it’s similar to any MLM structure. This form of marketing requires a certain level of effort. The same effort required to make it in affiliate marketing, offline businesses, or selling online courses.

Back in 2020, the Better Business Bureau and FTC got involved…and of course, the pyramid scheme claims started.
The FTC sent a letter to Pruvit because it thought its Promoters were making claims about Pruvit fixing Covid.
So, now you get uneducated folks that will say, “See? I told you it’s a Pruvit scam.”
No, it simply means Pruvit needed to calm down its overzealous reps.
That’s all 🙂
Pruvit’s products provide health benefits inside the wellness niche.
It’s a legitimate MLM company.
Low-income Potential
People say this about every MLM company. It’s silly.
If I decided to join Pruvit, I could make money with it just like I did with the MLM company I built an international downline with.
If you understand how to market your Pruvit online business, you’ll make money.
People who don’t find success are those who don’t seek out digital marketing solutions.
That doesn’t mean MLM doesn’t work, however.
Expensive Products
Again, hogwash.
Marketing successfully doesn’t equate to price.
I see people marketing $10,000 to $100,000 coaching programs when someone might say, “too expensive.”
Pruvit’s prices won’t deter you from success as a Promoter if you know how to identify target market needs.
Competition Is High
Every market includes high competition.
Each market where money is to be made, that is.
Meaning you don’t want to “play” in a market without competition. If others already did the market research to show you that people spend money in your niche, that’s a good thing.
Saturated Market
The market for weight loss, increased energy and mental clarity is saturated?
Who’s kidding who here?
Everywhere I look, I see fat, out-of-shape people with no energy who struggle to keep two sentences going because of the chemicals they ingest every day.
Harsh?
Maybe…

Pruvit Products
Pruvit sells exogenous ketones in the form of powder, capsules, and drinks.
It also sells a coffee creamer that contains MCT oil.
Prüvit Keto OS (Flagship Product)
The company’s flagship product is called Keto-OS. It comes in powder form and is mixed with water to create a shake.
Keto-OS is designed to help your body enter a state of ketosis quickly.
In this state, your body burns fat for energy instead of carbohydrates.
Pruvit says that Keto-OS can help you lose weight, increase energy levels, and improve mental clarity.
Keto-OS comes in three different flavors:
- Orange Dream
- Chocolate Swirl
- Swiss Cacao
Pruvit also offers a flavorless version of Keto-OS for those who want to add it to their shakes or drinks.
Keto Max (Second Product Line)
In 2019, Pruvit launched a second product line called Keto Max.
Keto Max is similar to Keto-OS but is designed for those who are already in ketosis.

How Much Does It Cost To Join Pruvit?
It costs $37 to join with a Pruvit promoter pack.
There are also $497 to $910 bigger packages you can choose from when joining Pruvit as a Promoter.
As a Promoter, you’ll receive a 25% discount on all products.
To qualify for commissions, you must purchase at least 50 PV (Product Volume) worth of products each month.
PV is different from dollar amounts and is used to calculate commissions.

You can choose to pay a monthly auto-ship.

Can You Make Money With Pruvit’s MLM Business Model?
The answer is yes, of course.
The question I consistently ask people in any MLM company… or any other type of business… is:
Are you going to work your butt off and do what it takes to make the passive income online you say you want to make?
The answer for most MLM company reps (or any other business type) is sadly “no”.

Pruvit Compensation Plan
1 . Retailer Bonus
If you sell products to customers who are not Promoters, you’ll earn a 20% commission.
To qualify for the Retailer Bonus, you must purchase at least 50 PV worth of product each month.
For example, if a customer purchases $100 worth of product, you’ll earn a $20 commission.
The Retailer Bonus is paid out weekly.
2. Go Pro Bonus
To qualify for the Go Pro Bonus, you must sponsor two Promoters who each purchase at least 50 PV worth of product each month.
You’ll earn a 20% commission on the product volume (PV) of your two personally sponsored Promoters.
For example, if each of your two Promoters purchases $100 worth of product each month, you’ll earn a $40 Go Pro Bonus.
3. Go MVP Bonus
To qualify for the Go MVP Bonus, you must sponsor three Promoters who each purchase at least 50 PV worth of product each month.
You’ll earn a 25% commission on the product volume (PV) of your three personally sponsored Promoters.
For example, if each of your three Promoters purchases $100 worth of product each month, you’ll earn a $75 Go MVP Bonus.
The Go MVP Bonus is paid out monthly.
Qualifying for the Go MVP Bonus also entitles you to purchase products at a 25% discount.
4. MVP Multiplier
If you sponsor three Promoters who each purchase at least 50 PV worth of product each month, you’ll earn a multiplier on your Go MVP Bonus.
The MVP Multiplier is a bonus that’s paid out monthly.
The MVP Multiplier is based on the number of personally sponsored Promoters who qualify for the Go MVP Bonus.
For example, if you sponsor three Promoters who each qualify for the Go MVP Bonus, you’ll earn a two times multiplier on your Go MVP Bonus.
This means you’ll earn a 50% commission on the product volume (PV) of your three personally sponsored Promoters.
If you sponsor six Promoters who each qualify for the Go MVP Bonus, you’ll earn a three times multiplier on your Go MVP Bonus.
This means you’ll earn a 75% commission on the product volume (PV) of your six personally sponsored Promoters.
The MVP Multiplier is capped at a five times multiplier.
5. Go All-Star Bonus
To qualify for the Go All-Star Bonus, you must sponsor ten Promoters who each purchase at least 50 PV worth of product each month.
You’ll earn a $500 bonus.
The Go All-Star Bonus is paid out monthly.
Qualifying for the Go All-Star Bonus also entitles you to purchase products at a 30% discount.
To receive the Go All-Star Bonus, you must also be qualified for the Go MVP Bonus.
This means you must sponsor three Promoters who each purchase at least 50 PV worth of product each month.
You’ll earn a 25% commission on the product volume (PV) of your three personally sponsored Promoters.
For example, if each of your three Promoters purchases $100 worth of product each month, you’ll earn a $75 Go MVP Bonus.
6. Go Fast Bonuses
The Go Fast Bonuses are one-time bonuses that are paid out when you sponsor Promoters who achieve certain rank milestones.
To qualify for the Go Fast Bonuses, you must sponsor a Promoter who achieves the rank of Star within their first 30 days.
You’ll earn a $100 bonus.
To qualify for the Go Fast Bonuses, you must also sponsor a Promoter who achieves the rank of Pro within their first 60 days.
You’ll earn a $250 bonus.
To qualify for the Go Fast Bonuses, you must also sponsor a Promoter who achieves the rank of MVP within their first 90 days.
You’ll earn a $500 bonus.
The Go Fast Bonuses are paid out within 30 days of the Promoter achieving the rank milestone.
To receive the Go Fast Bonuses, you must be qualified for the Go All-Star Bonus.
7. MVP Mentor Bonus
The MVP Mentor Bonus is a way to earn an additional income stream by mentoring other Promoters to achieve the rank of MVP.
To qualify, you must be an active Promoter in good standing and have at least one (but no more than three) personally sponsored Promoters who have achieved the rank of MVP within their first 90 days.
For each Promoter you mentor to MVP, you’ll earn a $100 bonus.
The MVP Mentor Bonus is paid out within 30 days of the Promoter achieving the rank milestone.
To receive the MVP Mentor Bonus, you must be qualified for the Go All-Star Bonus.
8. Support Bonus
The bonus is paid out when you sponsor a new distributor and they purchase their Start Kit.
To qualify for the Fast Start bonuses, all you need to do is sponsor two new promoters who each purchase a $399 start-up kit during their first 30 days.
The team commission is paid out on product sales volume generated by your entire team, including your personally sponsored members and their downlines.
9. Champion Car Bonus
The Champion car bonus is an additional income stream that is paid out when you help your team members achieve the rank of Champion.
As a Champion, you’ll also be eligible to earn overrides on the product sales of the promoters in your downline.
To qualify for the car bonus, you must sponsor and maintain at least three active Champions in your downline.
The cars that are awarded through this program range from $500 per month up to a $1200 per month car allowance.
Pruvit also offers other one-time bonuses like the Founder’s Trip, which is an all-expenses-paid trip to places like Mexico or Costa Rica.
They also offer Leadership Development Bonuses, which are cash bonuses paid out when you help your team members achieve specific rank milestones.
10. Residual Commission
Pruvit pays out a residual commission on product sales volume generated by your entire team, including your personally sponsored members and their downlines.
The residual commissions are paid out through a uni-level compensation plan structure.
Pruvit caps the depth of their uni-level at eight levels, which is pretty standard in the MLM industry.
The percentage of product sales volume that is paid out in commissions decreases as you move down the eight levels.
Level one (your personally sponsored members) pays out the highest percentage, while level eight pays out the lowest.
Pruvit does not disclose what percentage is paid out at each level.
However, we do know that the total amount paid out in residual commissions cannot exceed 50% of product sales volume.
This is a pretty standard rule in the MLM industry to prevent pyramid schemes from developing.
11. Champion Bonus
One of the ways Pruvit can keep Promoters active is by offering a Champion Bonus. This is a way for top earners in the company to make even more money.
The Champion Bonus is paid out to those who generate the most sales volume within a certain period.
To qualify, you must have at least 200 PV (personal volume) in a month.
The more PV you have, the higher percentage of the bonus you earn.
For example, if you have 200 PV, you’ll earn a 20% bonus. If you have 400 PV, you’ll earn a 40% bonus. And so on. This is in addition to the regular commissions that are paid out.

Use the products. If you’re not using the products, how can you expect your team members to be successful in selling them?
Build a strong online presence.
Get active on social media. Create a blog. If people can’t find you online, they won’t be able to join your team.
